Accommodation Rates
Riverbank cottages are set in 1.5 acres of garden with river frontage and are self catering and exclusively yours to enjoy. Both studio and cottage has their own BBQ area and private gate to the swimming pool
The Studio
The Studio has queen bed, TV,VCR, CD Player, sofa, coffee table, a small kitchenette with, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle etc.The ensuite bathroom is large and has easily accessible facilities, all linen and towels are provided

NZ$90.00 - 120 per night for studio sleeps 1-2
The Cottage
The cottage is larger with an extra bedroom area with twin single beds. The main area has queen bed, wide screen tv, sofa and breakfast table and chairs, a small kitchenette area and bathroom complete the picture. The cottage has a tiny private garden and gate to the swimming pool. It is totally private set amongst the trees.
Cottage Tariff
NZ$90 - 130 per night for cottage for 2 people, $10 per extra person and $5 per extra children, unit sleeps up to 4
Cancellation Policy
All deposits non refundable ....received 14-30 days prior to arrival 1 extra nights tariff charged, 7-13 days before a 3 nights booking fee applies refundable if able to rent to someone else, 24-48hrs prior to expected arrival a 100% cancellation fee will apply. 'No show' and early departures will incur a 100% charge
